heya! hmm..lets see..wad did i do today..sch passed rather fast today...yay! haha.. hmmm..after sch i went to chel's class..she was doing this math stuff then i said" wan go out? " lol she said ok..wait i nid to do this for ms kok firstn then i said ok..quick one.. in the end, we didnt leave till 3.. lol..then we went to J8..we walked up and down from coffee bean to mos to pasta mania, debating on where to eat..in the end we went coffee bean! haha i ate roast chicken and mushroon fusilli and she drank coffe..cos she coundlt bite.. aww poor thing :P so fast forward the eating part..after dat we went ice lemon tea..bought a top.. $8..not bad lar.. haha then we walked around.. talked abt our holidays.. haha.. then we went down to buy shilin, went up, then took a bus back..yep. lol! so came home found diane using the com, so i went to have tuition..lol..after dat, watch holland v..play piano during advertisements..then 6.30 the show ended and im here! LOL..this depicts a typically day in the life of dorothy.. lol..dats it then! :))

school today was fun! we didnt really do much.. hehe.. morning assembly as usual then we had target setting time.. so no lessons then at 12 we had music marathon practise! haha.. no the whole day was class interaction! yep..but tmr its back to normal lessons :( im still in holiday mood.. lets go G.O GO!!!!!! xD

i just came back from lunch at US... was at the airport this morning.. so feel like taking aeroplane.. lol.. i ate nasi padang at US... hahahaha.. united square la... hehe.. so right now im blogging again.. dunno y these days i like to blog.. haha.. hmm back to school tmr.. actually mixed feelings.. happy but also sian.. well but i think we should all have this in mind" thank God it's monday, finally i can go back to school!!" yep.. im trying to keep dat in mind.

sermon and sunday school today was good.. being a spirit-filled Christian in your workplace..in my case school.. yep..actually quite a good timing..i mean we are all going back to school tmr.. haha..yep..then sunday school was sermon on the mount.. "you are the light of the world. let your light so shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven" hehe..yep...okay i shall end with the joke of the day

just came back from ice skating.. haha..so fun..but tired too.. very crowded so couldt really do much..each time i try to turn i see someone near me, haha..dun dare to turn..especially if its a kid..if i hit them..oh oh.. lol. hmm..rite now..im slacking, slacking and slacking.. haha..BORING!!!!! waiting for 4.30 then i'll go change up for ballet..meanwhile i'll SLACK!!!!!!!! argh! im bored...i wish i was still skating..lol.. dats all then.. :D

yay! had a frutiful shopping trip today with mom..bought so many stuff!! its great to go shopping with mom.. hehe.. yep..bought my new sch bag, new clothes, earings, belt, guess handbag, display item(can hang jewelry wan) lol.. so many things.. we went equinox for high tea too... literally HIGH tea.. tea on the 70th floor.. the view was great.. now i noe where they going to build the IR...mom told me :D lol.. ate so much..i dunno how im going to eat dinner later.. anywaes..gtg unpack now.. tata :D

Lots of things to blog about!!! 1st there is club med. 2nd youth camp and 3rd movie today... so..here goes! :)

CLUB MED RIA BINTAN
IT ROX!! totally! life there is totally different from SG. over there its really relax..people don't really bother about what others think, everyone lets their hair down.. everyone is so friendly! so.. the 4 days and 3 nights spent there were totally worth it! i really enjoyed myself. so... here's wad happened on the 4 days

Day 1
i was really really excited! i thought i woundn't be able to sleep.. but on that day was VBS and we had the concert so i guess i was really exhausted! when i lay down, i just fell fast asleep..until 5 in the morning..talked on the phone..so excited..getting into the spirit.. haha. talked until around 6 odd... our parents woke up.. so i went to eat breakfast... really excitedly waking up the rest :P diane and daniel didn't want to wake up.. well..afterall it was 6 in the morning..i guess they were really tired from the vbs too.. but i was more excited.. hee=) anyway, after breakfast, we prayed then we left, im really glad our family has this tradition of praying b4 we go on a holiday. its good to commit the whole holiday to God, and afterall, we can't take our safety for granted... we took and cab and headed for tanah merah ferry terminal. we happened to be the first family to reach thered.. so i sat and waited..i got tired of waiting so i went out to see if they were here..lol! too excited.. then fred's family arrived followed by leon's family.. then we went to the shop and shopped! lol! fred bought a cap and i bought slippers..cos mine was really in a BAD condition! so..excitedly, we headed off for CLUB MED! we sat the ferry (indera pubala) or smth liddat.. i guess we were really excited..we started taking lame photos about the things around us! lol.. initially, i felt rather sea sick..cos the sea was choppy! shaking like mad.. lol.. i almost vomited! so after 45 mins, we reached Bintan.. we had to wait a rather long time at the immigration place.. long que.. after dat, we went in, took the bus to club med. diane was so excited in the bus.. kept asking the G.O (people organising the activities, basically staff) wad are the activities there... then we reached there... warmly welcomed.. not really warm though,,we drank cold drinks.. haha..alrite..lame.. then..we checked into our rooms and went for breakfast! i ate eggs.. lots and lots of eggs.. then we went back to the hotel room to see what we should do.. most of the activities only start in the afternoon.. bcos we missed the morning slot... so we went to the sports centre and played badminton and basket ball! was fun..but then...it started ....RAINING!!!!!!!! ARGH! :( stayed indoors..played cards..played pig..whoo! laughed like siao.. laugh until stomach pain! then when the rain subsided, we went to the beach.. water sports was closed..so we played volley ball but got tired of it cos we didn't know how to play.. the ball kept flying out.. oh well.. then finally.... the water sports G.O's came!! yay! so we went kayaking! diane sat out cos we had an odd number.. i was supposed to do it again with her but after the first round.. i got tired..so fred kayaked with her =p.. after that was wash up and dinner i guess. (can't really rmb) at night there was suppose to be a show.. but we were playing pool...in bagus bar... throughout the whole camp, dan and noel played pool i think half the time.. sheesh.. anyway..dats it for day 1 i think..

day 2
woke up in the morning..went for a job around.. nice scenary..but got alot of isects..got bitten quite a few times.. anyway..same thing..had breakfast.. we had a quick breakfast then all of us went snorkelling! uncle louis and noel didn't go cos the boat didn't wait for them.. i think dad and uncle peter were rather angry? i dunno.. anywae...snorkelling was cool..except the saltiness of the water..seriously, it was SUPER SALTY!!!!!!!!!! my lips and throat hurt... but it was ok.. couldn't really see much..but i guess it was more for the experience... i kept swallowing water bcos the waves were strong and water kept entering the tube.. sheesh! anyway.. the boat ride back was super super cold!! i was shivering..and chattering! they gave us COLD water to drink.. i drank it though i wished they gave us hot water.. drank just to get the salty taste out of my mouth.. so yep.. then we went to the beach terrace for second breakfast.. we were all in need of a hot drink..and as usual, i ate ......EGGS! in fact this time..diane, leon, fred, ben joined in!! leon was peeling it as though he was doing some bio practical..lol! reminds me of SPA..anywae.. we went back to our rooms...to wash up, which MOST of us didn't..except 1... ahem.. yea.. fred went to bathe! oh wow.. but in the end..no use! hahahaha.. cos we did sea sports again!! this time round we kayaked all the way out!! super fun.. we were trying to see how far we could get.. but the scenary was great.. quoted "the sea was so calm, and quiet, peaceful, sun-set orange sky, wind blowing gently, just each other for company.. so nice ! Can just relax and let time freeze" hehe.. yep.. actually that's how i feel too lar.. really great..hardly get such great scenary, and great time back home.. so.. yep..our moms were so worried that they went to call the G.O..and guess wad the G.O said.. " you scared they go out to the horizon ah.. if i call them back they can come back in 1 min" lol! G.O's rock men! hehe..so yep.. went back to wash up..usual..then dinner.. after dat..we went to play table tennis!! hehe.. the table tennis craze started.. the show dat night was fashion show.. but well.. we were outside the boutique.. looking at the small stalls on the floor..really interesting the things that they sold.. haha.. bought some stuff... and then.. back to sleep..the night ended as usual..

day 3
woke up to jog again! the parents went for power walk too.. kids went for breakfast.. then i think we went for archery..can't really rmb the order.. the G.O there was hotdog! haha.. the kids called him that.. then he was like" her tog, not hotdog" the way he siad it in his ascent..really funny.. so now it has become a joke between the 'bintaners'. haha. after dat i think we played bb again.. (did we?) lol..cant really rmb lar.. anywae..then we went for...sea sports again! this time round we kayaked even further i think.. haha..but it stared raining..so we went back.. and then after we washed up. we went to play ping pong..there was this competition..so we all signed up.. haha.. fun fun.. that's how we started the cheer team! hehe.. i won the ladies final and then ben was still playing his last few matches..we all shouted "jia you" and then..dunno how we started doing prganised cheers like "gimme a B, Gimme a E, gimme a N. and what does it spell? BEN" lol.. uncle peter went high!! haha.. then.. night came as usual.. the nights performace was really good...really funny too! the kids were involved.. and as usual..dancing!! "HOUSEKEEPING HOUSEKEEPING!" lol.. then they had this mini fun fair thing.. cos it was family festival this time.. fun fun.. the highest point was 74..and fred got 72...so i guess he got second.. anywae..after dat we stayed up in my room and watched ice princess on the dvd player.. haha.. then we were all tired i guess.. and went back.. and day 3 ended....

day 4
we were supposed to go sailing.. but we woke up late and not in time to book.. oh well.. so we went to the sports centre again and played basket ball! fun fun..we were sweating like mad.. haha.. we had to cool down..after dat...we did trapeze!! WEE!! really fun!! at first when i went up..then i leaned forward i was like um... this feels....wah!!!!!!! then i got pushed down..so i just swinged my legs up hooked it on the bar then let go my hands!! whee!! the wind was blowing on my face.. very cool..literally! after we all had a go, we went for our last lunch at the waterfall restaurant.. wanted to record a video of the food but cam batt flat..or was it no more mem.. anyway..yep..then we departed :( in the ferry..we literally went mad.. we played back the whole holiday with 2 characters...fred and rabbit :P some of miss swan was added in too...we laughed like crazy..i think the couple in front of us was rather angry..but thankfully they didn't say anything..people are nice :) so.. we seperated and went back home.. end of a holiday :(( club med was really fun.. rested and relaxed! charged up for more stuff. CLUB MED BINTAN ROX!! next one club med hokaido? ;)

ok.. move on the the 2nd thing to blog abt.. youth camp
get more real! enjoyed myself very much.. the workshops were really good..although i must admit my focus was not on God.. i had too many things on my mind.. but after hearing what the speaker siad.. i prayed and asked God to take away all the things on my mind and just help me focus on Him and give these 3 days to Him to recharge me for His glory. the remaining 2 days were really great... faith.. faith, unknowingly or knowingly is something in our lives.. but somehow we don't realise it..
wat dave said the in second worshop really hit me thinking.. Romans 8:11 but if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies through His spirit who dwells in you. all the sins in our lives, are taken away by this spirit...tje foulest sins..surely it will help me overcome the sin and temptations in my life.. we were dead, until Jesus gave us the breath of life that gave us wings so we could fly..many a times we try to revive ourselves but it is just for a while, soo we will fall back..and hit ourselves even harder.. but it was Jesus who gave us life to fly.. i had never thought that way b4.. so i was shockes...and also thankful.. thank God for the great times we had fellowshipping with each other too.. i had time to talk and catch up with some.. talked heart to heart.
games were also fun! except for the dunking part >:( haha.. suprising everyone obeyed and just dunked themselves into the sea for 5 points..which in the end was fake!!! but i think we really had great fun.. fun nite!! really funny!! king kong part esp.. ppor eugene had to do the same thing over and over again cos they were like rewind... the play..over and over..hahaha.. dance nite was fun.. at first no one wanted to dance... until we started doing friendship dance... went over and over again.. haha.. then we had slow music..meant for waltzing.. haha...everyone was so shy.. so the girls started dancing with each other.. boys were hidding in 1 corner...haha..shy... then i think it felt rather awkward so the miao qun and carol started getting guy partners.. i mean.. its a dance... friends can't dance together? its just friendship sort of dance..may not mean smth else..lol.. oh well.. then we had to close up the room.. hehe.. then we went to play captains ball!! fun fun.. we played first to 3 balls.. so the grp members all suddenly got energy liao.. and guess wad..i fell and hurt my knee...but in the end... the last ball.. whoo!! just started so fast.. the opponent no time to run back then fred threw the ball to me and i threw to dave.. no one defending!! whoohoo!! and we won!!! so fall down at least worth it lar.. haha.. then we all ate ice cream.. then went to someone's room to talk.. then went to sleep..
next day was youth service.. tim shared.. was really glad he brought back something from the camp.. :) i guess many benifited from it.. it was fun organising it.. learnt many stuff too! :) praise the Lord! :D

now.. movie today
lol.. went out to celebrate mq birthday.. bought her brownie and sunflower from taka.. haha.. i think we had fun..great time fellowshipping.. hopefully this group of us will remain good friends for the rest of our lives! hehe :)

wow! the global day of prayer thing was great!! really great! imagine 24 000 people gathered in the national staduim, singing praises and oraying to our ALmighty Father in heaven! and while worshiping Him, i was looking up into the sky and the feeling was magnificent! i mean usually in church when i look up, i see the ceiling and lights.. wow.. -.-
but not onli that it was rather significant too. the 2 pastors representing the conservatives and carismatics(dunno how to spell) they apologised to each other for the way they looked at each other last time. the pastor even washed the other pastor's feet! wow! not an easy thing to do. it may seem easy but i doubt i will do it infront of a great crowd. imagine Jesus washing the feet of all His diciples. He was the master, master of all heavens and living things, humbled Himself to wash the feet of His followers.. i mean.. wow!
well..now..yesterday.. went to rakee the amazing race places with MQ..fun! we had a great time talking! then we met john and fred to rakee the campsite but got chased out not too long after.. then we went for dinner at MOS. haha..many weird things happened dat day.. during dinner, MQ was looking at her burger like it was some alien! haha! but she still ate it afterall! oh yea! at the campsite something really embarrasing happened..but i guess i shall not mention it :P *blush* lol..
today..went to church to help out VBS. it was fun..but super tiring.. me and aunty maggie kept laughing during the skit! LOL!! yep..back to church again tmr! then thursday is CLUB MED until sunday! YAY!!!!!!!!! im looking forward men! yippe! anyways.. dats all i guess..f or now! xD
